Since starting my first business, Lovell Corporation—an award-winning global youth consultancy and innovation firm—at 19, I’m proud to have created two more brands that touch millions.
With a lot of hard work, I’ve become a three-time TEDx speaker, policy advisor for international public-private stakeholders, and have received 19 awards for leadership—including being named Startup Canada’s Young Entrepreneur of the Year for Ontario, Corporate Knight’s Top 30 Under 30 Sustainability Leader and a Queen’s Young Leader, an award bestowed personally at Buckingham Palace by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

As the CEO of Lovell Corporation, I lead a team that oversees two brand portfolios, BridgingTheGap Ventures and MyEffect.
BridgingTheGap is focused on connecting executives and emerging talent through curated forums, insights and tools to succeed in the rapidly changing marketplace. BridgingTheGap hosts Youth Innovation Masterminds and forums that connect decision-makers from business, government and community sectors together with emerging talent to build their careers, scale ventures and co-create solutions to the challenges they face.
MyEffect is an an app and online platform that connects you to partners—nonprofits, brands and influencers—to take action for your cause. All actions and impact on MyEffect are aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
